JOB DESCRIPTION:
Individual utilizes HR systems technology and process redesign methodology to make HR business processes more efficient, improve HR services and develop management information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Specialized or technical knowledge, credentials or licensing required in Formal PeopleSoft training in Intro to HR, Ben Admin, Query, Security Payroll and People Tolls preferred; Outlook, EXCEL, Access preferred, PHR preferred; 1 - 5 years experience or prior and / or related experience. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Computer Science, Masters drgree preferred.
