JOB TITLE: MAINENANCE SHIFT SUPERVISOR
JOB CODE: DFMSS17
Report to the Facility Maintenance Manager and have a team of up to 10 hourly technicians. Responsible for maintenance supervision on their specified shift. Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the maintenance personnel. A three-shift operation with hiring emphasis on 1st and 3rd shift.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years of related experience and / or training and 1 - 2 years supervisory and / or management experience. Electrical / Eelctronic background and experience with conveyors, welding, air compressors,scanners, electronic controls or industrial building maintenance required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructionsand procedures manuals is key. Previous experience with MP2 program and PLC is preferred. Familiarity with Radio Frequency and pick-to-light systems desired. MS Office Suite and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
