| JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead all local HR activities in support of 400+ exempt and non-exemp associates. Successful candidates will also have experience and proven success in the following: Employee Relations, Emplyoee Retention, Recruiting, Budgeting, Career Guidance, Union Avoidance and Labor Relations. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years of HR Management experience in a Distribution Center of Manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on employee relations. Experience with an HRIS system (i.e. Oracle, PeopleSoft) is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification is also preferred. Must be flexible to work multi-shifts in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills are key for all positions, as well as strong planning and organizational skills.
