JOB DESCRIPTION:
A fast growing Fortune 500 NYSE company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and operating over 5800 mass merchandise discount retail stores throughout the United States, has an opening for a Human Resources Project Manager / HRIS in its Corporate Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the technology and software to ensure better utilization and administration of internal applications and external hosted ASP applications. Promote a proactive approach to using HRIS to solve business needs and problems. Build and maintain apositive relationship between HRIS and all clients to include HR, Senior Management, IT and Finance. Create and deliver presentations to clients at all levels of management. Manage day-to-day functions of 4+ HRIS Analysts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of HR Management Systems experience (i.e. Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP or Lawson). Human Resources / Benefits / Payroll experience required. Position also requires report writing experience (i.e. Crystal, Discoverer, PS Query or Access). Must have a working knowledge of MicroSoft Access, EXCEL and Word. Individual must also pessess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have supervisory experience. Bachelo's degree is required; Discipline in Computer Science, Business Administration or Human Resources in preferred.
