JOB TITLE: IT Project Manager/Manufacturing

IT Project Manager/Manufacturing position available with a privately held company that has been in operating over 80 years. Corporate office is located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland about 30 minutes west of Ocean City MD – a top ocean resort on the east coast.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical).
7 – 10 years of IT experience in an organization over $1 billion in sales.
7+ years of IT project management experience using structured methodologies in manufacturing, food industry or telecommunications.
Must have experience with implementation of SAP/ERP.
Must be knowledgeable in work process analysis, improvement processes, and systems development methodology.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The positions purpose is to provide effective leadership of projects within the manufacturing systems organization. Manages and coordinates all aspects of the project including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, strategic systems planning, process reengineering, design, development, documentation, implementation, and production support.
