Education and experience requirements:

Four year college degree required, preferably with studies in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent.

Requirements:

• 4 or more years experience in IT including 2 or more years of business analyst or project management experience.
• Demonstrate project planning and leadership skills with working knowledge of project management methodology and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff, business stakeholders, end users, all levels of management and others outside the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Experience with business cases, and compiling and analyzing information to estimate project costs.
• Experience with creating and delivering end user software and process training, and documentation.

Preferred:

• PMP Certification.
• Participation in one or more full life-cycle ERP Implementations.
• ERP team leader or project management experience.
• Experience with Process based manufacturing where commodities are processed is a plus(Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Pharma, Agriculture commodities)

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute small to medium departmental or company wide technology projects. Typical projects are less than 2,000 hours of development time. May manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate with business owners to align project deliverables with business goals and expectations.
